Introduce someone to our services, using the below form so we have a record of it. · Fill in the introduction bonus application form, listing the persons name together with dates worked · After they have worked for six weeks using Payscheme Plus services, sign the form and send it to us · We will immediately send you your £100 bonus for each introduction
